What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) items — parts that don't work out of the box
  • Items that don't match the product description as listed
  • Missing components from listed bundle contents

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from improper installation or use beyond specifications
  • Consumable items (cutting bits, collets used beyond spec)
  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or electrical surges
